I am pleased to inform our employees and client customers that IMPACT Staffing became a subsidiary of Corporate Resource Services (CRS) on December 14th, 2010.

The move strengthens IMPACT's position in the staffing industry with increased financial resources and the ability to expand on a nationwide basis.

In addition to growth in our business, IMPACT will continue to expand it's service offerings for an ever changing labor market.

I look forward to continuing in my role as Chief Executive building IMPACT Staffing to it's greatest potential.
